Personal Information We collect your email address when you log in via Apple or Google. If you log in via Apple, you can choose to mask your email and provide a relay email instead.

Usage Information We collect information about your use case, gender, and subscription status. This data helps us to constantly improve our app.

Analytics Information We use third-party providers, like Firebase, to help us with analytics and product improvement. By default, Firebase collects data about the number of users and sessions, session duration, operating systems, device models, geography, first launches, app opens, app updates, and in-app purchases.

Crash Information We use Crashlytics to gather crash logs to help improve our app's performance and user experience.

Subscription Information We manage your subscription data via RevenueCat.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

We may share your information with our trusted third-party service providers as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. We may occasionally send you marketing emails but never spam. 4. IMAGE PROCESSING

Picker AI Basic and Pro use on-device AI image processing. Picker AI Max is 10x more advanced and due to its powerful nature, images are securely and anonymously processed on the cloud because of its need for more powerful compute resources.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to help protect your information. We use secure servers when you place orders. All credit card information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted within our databases.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
